I have had the great fortune of working on some truly inspiring projects. I have been able to use my baking skills to bring joy, happiness, surprises and smiles to others and build a human connect with them. I have been helped by many influential and creative individuals along the way. I believe in the power of working together to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

A Birthday Cake for every child is a baking project in which I bake a cake and send across to orphanages and families unable to provide a birthday cake for their child

Appreciation Cakes is a project where I baked a cake for every doctor and nurse in my neighbourhood during the pandemic in 2020-21 to express our appreciation towards them for the work they were doing to save lives

​

Baking Smiles is a project wherein I provide celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. Simple things, like a birthday cake, are luxuries to a family battling illness. My goal is to bake a cake for the ill child, or their sibling, and bring a smile in that moment to them.
